Square One's first health workbook, titled Stepping Stones: A Kid’s Guide to Health, aims to improve students’ understanding (short and long term) in the areas of Sleep, Nutrition, the Social Self, and Hygiene.

 

Its comic book format is intended to engage students in a meaningful way to promote personalized learning of health concepts. 

 

The workbook can be used to actively engage students in health and wellness education, and increase accessibility of health and wellness education.
